cool shot, love the reflections and background

reminds me of the Matrix spoon.

Here I am sitting around thinking theres nothing to take a photo of in my apartment, and you've come up with a simple spoon. Though I must admit, presentation is what really makes this shot. The simple border you have and the crisp clean white background just suits it so well, I think if you didnt have these additions, the image wouldnt be nearly as stunning as it is.
The reflections in the spoon are great - and so clear! And so patterned, and since the reflections are black, it gives a very nice color difference versing the rest of the image.
I also have to say the spoon is lovely and clean - which is REALLY good (Could you imagine if it had fingerprints and grottyness all over it? Wouldnt be nearly as effective as this shot).

I love how clean this came out and the angle you got it from. There is absolutely nothing to critisize here, FABULOUS work.

very simple and elegant

wow great shot, before we could graduate one of our final tests was to do a spoon, with good lighting and the camera not showing up in the reflection... harder than you think but i think you would pass
